About Michael

Michael  began his career at one of the leading criminal litigation practices in Bournemouth. Since then he has worked for a number of high profile  law firms across the country.   During a career spanning more than 35 years he has advised scores of clients accused of both serious and relatively minor road traffic offences. His clients have ranged from a distinguished MP to ordinary businessmen, housewives and newly qualified drivers, all of whom have received the same sympathetic and thorough representation which is intended to achieve the very best possible outcome for the individual client.

Michael keeps abreast of the frequent changes in road traffic legislation so that he is able to advise both private individuals and businesses users on how road traffic legislation and the law may affect them.

In addition to advising clients with regard to road traffic offences Michael has also worked on serious and complex fraud cases, including some with an international dimension.  Michael has represented both private clients and business clients in Regulatory matters, including Health and Safety prosecutions, Food Safety cases, Trading Standards prosecutions and medical malpractice.

Michael is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and is a Qualified Magistrates Court Advocate (Legal Executive Advocate). Outside of work Michael enjoys travelling to unusual places, trips to the cinema, visiting National Trust properties, reading and has an interest in aviation.
