We have moved house in the past seven days – we were pleased to have an engaging Estate Agent and an outstanding Mortgage Broker; what we were not expecting was the fortune of meeting Matt Miles who alongside Luke Hunt made everything possible.
Matt, from the start, took care of the sale and purchase of our properties – he worked for the good of our chain, and proactively held everything together. He had a mountain of (to be frank) complete incompetence to deal with from a local agent, and was on hand – into the evening – to give reassurances, be ahead of the game and deliver on his promises.
He challenged those that needed to be challenged, closed deadlines ahead of time and kept in contact every step of the way – all with good grace and humour.
The fees we paid were what was quoted, and the personal, instant messaging and email comms was very much appreciated. I will only consider Matt and Newnham & Jordan for future work, and thoroughly recommend you do too reader.
