Truly Amazing Team Work

Artisan work closely with different types of homeowners, buyers and investors, therefore having a reliable and trustworthy triangular relationship involving a proactive mortgage broker and a super-efficient conveyancer, who both do exactly what they say they are going to do and a lot more, is an enormous asset to Artisan’s clients.

For their referred clients James Dick, Victoria Fudge and their lovely daughter Ella, Luke Hunt of Newnham & Jordan Solicitors & Sam Caplan of PXL Associates were both a massive help.

For James and Victoria, this was their first experience of buying a property on their own and everything was new and extremely daunting. Luke helped them through the conveyancing process involving sales contract, raising enquiries, searches, the mortgage offer and deposit monies and left no stone unturned. Sam sorted out their mortgage with Nationwide and pushed everything through like a man possessed.

Artisan was acting for the owners of the property, who unfortunately had already had two aborted sales from using other estate agents, were particularly sensitive and demanded a very quick exchange. Amazingly, the fab triangle achieved this in 4 weeks and a day from Luke being instructed by his clients, with completion occurring 3 working days later; many exchanges take 10-12 weeks!

Artisan truly appreciates the time and energy that Luke &Sam put into helping their clients to ensure a swift transaction for our clients to ensure a swift transaction for out clients the owners and we have no hesitation in recommending you both to our clients.
